Are you making a lifelong commitment to someone you love?

Why choose me?

I’ve been an authorised celebrant since 2003 and have married hundreds of lovely couples! I’ve also renewed some vows, named some babies and buried some family members: I’m passionate about helping people create wonderful memories!

I hold the highly regarded Graduate Diploma in Arts (Civil Ceremonies) from Monash University. This means I’m trained in all aspects of celebrancy, including creative writing, presentation skills, the role of literature and music in ritual and celebration, and advocacy and support for my clients – not just how to conduct a wedding.

Attention to detail and very high standards are hallmarks of my work so you can be assured of my dedication and your peace of mind!

Your ceremony celebrates your love your way. Choose from traditions you love or let’s work out something unique. I’m highly trained to help you reflect your beliefs, your hopes and your dreams, and happily begin your marriage the way you want it to continue.

I’ll take away the stress of planning your ceremony… my couples say, “Thanks Jen, you made it so easy!”

My commitment to you:

  • I will help you prepare – and deliver – a wedding ceremony you’ll be proud of and remember for the rest of your life!
  • I will work with you every step of the way so you’ll always know what’s included and what’s happening!
  • I will design a ceremony personalised to suit you, not a cut-and-paste version of anyone else’s!
  • I will conduct a rehearsal which ensures everyone involved is comfortable and knows what’s happening, where and when!
  • I will arrive early at your venue and liaise with your venue co-ordinator, photographer, musicians and guests to ensure everything is exactly as you want it!
  • I will give you my unhurried, undivided attention and not book other weddings close to your time!
  • I will present myself in a manner complimentary to your style and wishes and at all times abide by the celebrants’ professional Code of Conduct.

Not a wedding, but a loving commitment or renewal of vows?

You can reaffirm the promises you made years ago (such beautiful ceremonies!) or you can commit to your partner without having legal paperwork.

Under the Relationships Act 2008, regardless of gender, Victorians can register domestic partnerships to provide legal evidence of their relationship (without being married), so why not also have a ceremony to celebrate! (See next page)
